Who runs this site

This is the personal portfolio of Karmo Järv, at karmojarv.com. Throughout these terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Karmo Järv. You can reach me at contact@karmojarv.com. By browsing the site you agree to what follows. If you do not, please just close the tab.

A note on intention

This site exists to show my work with care, nothing more. It does not sell anything, ship anything, or ask you to make an account or a payment. There is no shop here, only a record of projects and objects. These terms simply keep things clear and fair for both of us.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse for personal reference and to get in touch about work or commissions. Please do not use the site unlawfully, try to disrupt it, or access it other than through its normal pages.

The work shown here

The films, images, animations, objects, text and design on this site belong to me, or to the clients and studios the work was made with, such as FutureDeluxe. It is shown for portfolio purposes only. Please do not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without my written permission. The work carries the identity of the studios it was made with, so please respect that.

Links out

The site links to a few other places, such as social profiles. Those are not under my control, so I cannot take responsibility for their content.

As is

The site is offered as is. I keep it accurate and online as best I can, but cannot promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
